Schlowy Custom Motorcycles has a fleet of adventure motorcycles for rental. Generally they are BMW 650 Dakar motorbikes with off road protection. Our rentals have relevant insurance for South Africa and we offer an unlimited kilometres agreement.

For clients of African Long Distance Off Road Riding Academy we offer rentals to bikers over the age of 16 with or without a motorcycle license. This is because our training grounds are not part of the public road system. Rentals here are for periods of 1 to 8 hours under the supervision of an instructor.
* note that Schlowy Customs must give written permission for the bikes to leave the borders
of South Africa for insurance purposes. A repatriation deposit is also payable.
Our daily rates include insurance, and emergency roadside assistance.
Terms and conditions of rental

Rider must have an unendorsed motorcycle license for 3 years or more

Be older than 25 years of age
>
Have a valid credit card
>
All rental packages and agreements
carry an excess of R5000-00 i.e. in the event of an
accident the rider is liable for the first R5000-00
thereafter the balance of the damages are covered by the
insurance policy
